Precise Material Selection​


The barrel of this Wedges Prestressed Cable Anchor is made of high-quality 40Cr steel, which has a tensile strength of ≥980MPa and excellent hardenability, specifically designed for manufacturing components that bear high loads.

Its wedge is made of 20CrMnTi and 20CrMn5 steel. After carburization, the surface can achieve high hardness of HRA79-84, while the core remains with good toughness (HR38-46), achieving a good balance between wear resistance and impact resistance.​


Scientific Hardness Gradient Design​


The anchor head of this Wedges Prestressed Cable Anchor manufactured by Tianlong Fastener has a hardness of 25-35 HRB, featuring good toughness to disperse stress.

The wedge has a surface hardness of HRA79-84, which significantly enhances wear resistance and prevents slippage;the core hardness is HR38-46, forming a gradient structure of "hard surface and tough core". This not only ensures the surface wear resistance but also avoids overall brittle fracture.​


High Anchoring Efficiency​


The anchoring efficiency coefficient of this Wedges Prestressed Cable Anchor is >0.95, far exceeding the general industry requirement (≥0.9), making the anchoring effect more reliable.

The wedge has a small withdrawal amount after tensioning, ensuring stable locking force between the wedge and the anchor rod, which is not easy to loosen during long-term use.​


Wedges Prestressed Cable Anchor :Precise Carburizing Process​

It offers two carburization layer depths: 0.35-0.6mm and 0.6-0.8mm. The tempered sorbite (Tempered) and retained austenite (Retained Austenite) are controlled within 1-4%, ensuring the product maintains stable performance during long-term use.
