    This plain-finished steel scaling bar, manufactured by Tianlong, uses a forging process that results in a denser internal metal structure. Its impact toughness is significantly higher than that of ordinary cast chisel heads.

    The internationally advanced plain surface treatment reduces impurity adhesion and enhances corrosion resistance. These performance characteristics extend its service life in applications such as mine tunnel cleaning and concrete surface roughening.

    Although the plain finish lacks a coating, the steel's inherent trace chromium content ensures more stable corrosion rates in underground mines compared to painted surfaces. Painted finishes are prone to "accelerated local corrosion" after impacts, whereas the plain finish maintains more predictable overall durability even with surface scratches.

    Leading hardness and strength parameters


    With a hardness of ≥50HRC (far exceeding the industry average of 45HRC), this scaling bar resists edge deformation effectively. Its tensile strength of 809–1100 MPa and yield strength of 750–900 MPa ensure it can withstand accidental impacts against hard rocks without fracturing.

    These properties make it ideal for critical applications like bridge bearing surface cleaning and large equipment foundation removal, serving as a reliable tool in engineering projects.
