    1. Dual-Material Hardcore Architecture

    The Tianlong Rock Drilling Bit features a composite design of Carbide + Superior Alloy Constructional Steel, a classic masterpiece of modern materials science.

    It uses high-purity tungsten-cobalt carbides (e.g., YG8/YG11C) with a hardness of HRA89-92, 8–10 times more wear-resistant than ordinary steel, easily penetrating limestone and sandstone.

    Constructed from high-strength alloy steel like 42CrMo, treated with quenching and tempering + surface hardening, the bit has a core hardness of HRC30–35 and surface hardness of HRC50–55, capable of withstanding 30kN axial pressure and 8kN·m torque.


    2. Bright Surface Treatment for Multiple Protections

    Through precision grinding, the bit achieves excellent corrosion resistance:

    The thick bright surface layer resists erosion from mine water (pH 4–9), prolonging the bit’s service life.

    The mirror-like finish enables quick detection of edge wear, improving drilling efficiency by facilitating rapid defect inspection.


    3. Full-Scene Adaptability

    Mining Applications: Suitable for coal seam gas drainage holes and water exploration holes. In iron ore (magnetite/hematite), gold ore (quartz vein deposits), and copper-lead-zinc ore (sulfide zones), it stably drills rocks with hardness f=6–8, offering a long service life and reduced consumable costs.

    Engineering Applications: Used for tunnel advanced geological prediction holes and slope anchoring holes, enabling rapid hole formation in sandstone. It also adapts to reservoir dam foundation seepage control holes and channel rock excavation.

    Quick Installation: With a standard thread design, it enables rapid loading/unloading with mainstream light pneumatic drills.

    Efficient Chip Removal: The unique spiral groove + ball tooth edge 联动 design (interactive design) increases rock debris discharge speed.

    Soft Rock Specialization: For soft rock formations like shale and mudstone, it covers full-size apertures of φ32–50mm.
