M5-M12 Light-Duty Specifications: Suitable for auxiliary equipment like valve connections in coal mine ventilation systems and monitoring instrument bracket fixing. With high thread precision, each nut offers strong load-bearing capacity.

M16-M24 Medium-Duty Specifications: Primarily used for core machinery such as roller shaft fixing in belt conveyors and pipeline connections in hydraulic pump stations. The fine-thread design withstands high dynamic loads.

M30-M36 Heavy-Duty Specifications: Specifically designed for heavy-load scenarios like sprocket shaft groups in scraper conveyors and main shaft connections in mine hoists. Threads are rolled for enhanced surface hardness and tensile strength.


Multiple Surface Treatments for Corrosion Resistance

Plain: Sprayed with anti-rust oil for strong short-term corrosion protection.

Black Oxide: Forms a thick magnetic iron oxide film via chemical oxidation, offering uniform matte black appearance and good rust resistance. Ideal for moderately corrosive environments like underground lighting line brackets and cable trays.

Zinc Plated: Hot-dip galvanized to create a zinc layer that effectively blocks water and oxygen contact. Suitable for applications like drainage pump motor base fixing and ventilator flange connections.

Yellow Plated: Adds a chromate passivation process over the zinc layer to form a golden protective film, providing superior corrosion resistance, fingerprint and oil resistance. Especially suitable for acidic groundwater or high-dust areas, such as sulfide mining face equipment and gas drainage pipelines.


Diverse Strength Grades

Class 4.8 (Carbon Steel, σb≥400MPa): Suited for temporary support frame adjustments and maintenance platform handrail fixing, offering good toughness and cost-effectiveness.

Class 8.8 (Medium Carbon Quenched and Tempered Steel, σb≥800MPa): The primary grade for regular operations, used in applications like chain tensioning devices in scraper conveyors and track plate connections in roadheaders.

Class 10.9 (Alloy Quenched and Tempered Steel, σb≥1000MPa): Engineered for high-risk deep mining, applied to critical components such as main frame connections in hydraulic supports and main shaft fixing in thousand-meter deep mine hoists.
