Product Functions

Application Method
It is mainly used for systematic support of surrounding rock with moderately favorable geological conditions.
For hard rock, horizontally bedded rock formations, open joints filled with mud, or water-rich strata, steel shell expansion anchor bolts can be adopted for fast primary support to control rock deformation and stabilize surrounding rock, followed by grouting for permanent anchoring. Drill the hole to the designed bolt depth with a rock drill. Fit the steel anchor head onto the bolt body and insert the assembly into the hole. Install the grout stopper, plate and nut. Rotate the bolt in reverse direction to expand the shell anchor head and grip the hole wall, then perform grouting.
