The hollow anchor rod is a supporting component that achieves grouting reinforcement function through its hollow design. It is widely used in tunnels, mining, slope stabilization and underground engineering. The rod body is mostly made of Q345 seamless steel pipe and consists of components such as the hollow rod body, base plate, and nuts, and it also has the function of a grouting pipe.
Structural and Principle
The hollow anchor rods are divided into the free section and the anchoring section: the free section transmits the prestress, and the anchoring section bonds with the rock and soil through grouting, enhancing the bearing capacity. The rod body is made of seamless steel pipe, and the internal threaded structure facilitates the installation of the base plate and nut. The hollow design allows for high-pressure grouting, ensuring that the mortar fully wraps the rod body, improving the anti-corrosion performance.
Application fields
Tunnel engineering: Advance support, initial support and arch roof reinforcement, especially suitable for fractured zones of faults.
Mine tunnels: Stability control of tunnels under conditions of fractured surrounding rock.
Foundation pit support: Support for medium to good quality surrounding rock in the geological conditions.
