Grade 10.9 T-Bolt

Our T-bolt is manufactured from premium alloy steel and processed by complete quenching and tempering heat treatment. Reaching Grade 10.9 mechanical standards, it features tensile strength up to 1000MPa. It effectively resists tension, shear force and alternating vibration loads, not easy to deform or crack under long-term heavy load. Perfect for mold pressing, machining fixture and other high-stress working conditions where ordinary bolts fail to meet safety requirements.

The iconic T-head structure can be directly embedded into T-slots without pre-installing nuts inside grooves. The bolt can slide freely along the slot before tightening, supporting flexible position adjustment of fixtures and workpieces. No extra drilling or welding is needed to adjust assembly layouts, greatly shortening setup time and lowering labor costs for batch production. It is far more convenient than standard hexagon bolts for modular equipment assembly.

The flat T-head offers larger contact area inside the T-slot, evenly distributing clamping pressure. This avoids local stress concentration and prevents sliding under dynamic loads. Precision rolled threads ensure tight fit with matching nuts. Clear, uniform threads reduce wear during repeated disassembly and assembly, maintaining reliable locking effect even in continuous vibration environments.

These T-bolts adopt black oxide finishing after heat treatment. The surface layer reduces friction during installation, offers better anti-rust performance than untreated steel bolts, and avoids surface carbonization under normal working temperatures. The matte black finish also prevents light reflection on production lines, adapting to various indoor industrial workshop environments.
