It withstands multi-direction loads including dead load, snow, wind and seismic force, to secure large-span roof structures like stadiums, gas station canopies and exhibition halls.
- Prefabricated Assembly, No On-site Welding The bolt ball joint system uses fully bolted connection without welding on site. All steel pipes and components are prefabricated in factory. Workers only use torque wrenches to assemble, cutting construction time and removing fire risk caused by welding.
- Precise Thread & Stable Preload Performance Class 6g high precision thread ensures smooth meshing with bolt balls. Controlled pre-tightening force prevents loosening under cyclic vibration loads, keeping high rigidity of space grid nodes. The slide groove on bolt shaft works with sleeve pin to assist smooth installation.
