Strong Rapid Load-Bearing Capacity
Tianlong's cement anchor agent has a fast curing speed. Experiments show that under normal temperature conditions, its initial setting time is ≤15 minutes and final setting time is ≤30 minutes, which is significantly better than traditional cement-based anchoring materials in performance.
In addition, its anchoring performance is outstanding: the anchoring force on φ16mm threaded steel is strong, which is more than 30% higher than that of ordinary cement mortar anchor agents. After curing, the material has an increased density and extremely low porosity, which effectively enhances the impermeability of cement and improves structural strength.
This cement anchor agent manufactured by Tianlong is particularly suitable for emergency support in mine tunnels and installation of high-rise building curtain walls. With short setting time and fast anchoring speed, it can effectively shorten the construction period.
Compatible with Multiple Substrates
Tianlong Fastener's cement anchor agent can bond with various materials, including wood, carbon steel, stainless steel, and FRP (fiber-reinforced polymer). Among them, its bonding strength with FRP reaches 4.2MPa, solving the problem of insufficient bonding force of traditional anchor agents on composite materials.
This cement anchor agent can be used for bonding complex structures and is suitable for filling irregular gaps. For complex curved or inclined surfaces, the non-void rate after curing is excellent, which can far exceed the project requirements and reduce the cost of secondary repairs.
Cement Anchor Agent: Wide Range of Applications
Structural reinforcement field: When used for beam and column reinforcement on C30 concrete substrates, this cement anchor agent can be used with φ20mm anchor bolts, meeting the requirement of "safety factor of anchorage for important components ≥1.5" specified in Code for Design of Strengthening Concrete Structures (GB50367).
Mine and tunnel support: In rock mass environments with a water content of 8-12%, this cement anchor agent has high impermeability pressure after curing, making it more suitable for humid tunnels; it also has a high retention rate of anchoring force on weathered rocks, showing excellent support performance.
It is understood that this product has been applied in more than 20 large domestic projects, including the reinforcement of high-speed railway bridge bearings, rock mass anchoring of underground utility tunnels, and curtain wall fixing of super high-rise buildings over 300 meters.
Product Usage
1.The Anchoring agent is selected according to the diameter of the drilling hole, soaked for 30-40 seconds and pushed into the bolt hole to condense and bond to the rock hole and rod body.
2.Do not make the rod body shift or shake, especially when installing the top eye.
3.Do not allow to soak for more than 3 minutes.
4.Remove the powder in the concrete, put the anchoring agent into the drill hole, push the bolt to the bottom of the hole, and then rotate the bolt to stir and push into the bottom of the hole.
