Resin anchor agent Standard Installation Steps
Strictly following the installation process ensures optimal anchoring effect and construction safety:
1.Hole Drilling: Drill holes according to design aperture, depth and spacing to ensure regular hole shape and meet construction standards
2.Hole Cleaning: Completely remove coal dust, rock debris and sediment in the hole to keep the hole wall clean, ensuring full bonding between resin and rock strata
3.Capsule Placement: Put the intact and valid resin anchor capsule into the bottom of the drilled hole
4.Stirring & Propelling: Use a professional drilling rig to drive the bolt into the hole while stirring continuously until reaching the hole bottom. Complete stirring within the gel time to ensure uniform mixing of resin and curing agent
