1. Dimensions & geometry: Thread size, across-flat size, thickness, spherical radius, special non-standard shape 

2. Material & strength grade: Q235, 45#, 40Cr, alloy steel; 4.8 / 8.8 / 10.9 strength class 

3. Surface treatment: Black oxide, electro zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing, anti-corrosion coating 

4. Executive standard: DIN, ISO, ASTM, GB, or project-specified special standards 

5. Packaging & marking: Custom carton, pallet, laser marking, OEM logo and label 

Important Notes for Custom Orders

·  Some non-standard sizes require mould opening, which involves mould cost and longer lead time. 
·  For small quantities, some special customization may not be available. We will recommend the closest standard alternative for you.

· Test certificates, tensile test reports and inspection records can be provided as required.
