Stainless steel hexagonal bolts are hexagonal head fasteners made from materials such as stainless steel 201, 304, and 316. They comply with standards such as DIN933, DIN931, GB/T5783, GB/T5782, ISO4017, ISO4014, and JISB1180.

The products are divided into full-socket and half-socket types. Among them, the full-socket type is the mainstream in the market. The half-socket type is further divided into thick-stemmed half-socket and thin-stemmed half-socket. The materials include austenitic stainless steel such as SUS302, SUS304, SUS316, and SUS316L. The composition contains elements such as chromium, nickel, and molybdenum. The 316 material can resist corrosion from sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid due to the addition of molybdenum. The tensile strength ranges from 520 MPa (for 304 material) to 620 MPa (for 316 material) and above.

Stainless steel hexagonal bolts have an extremely wide range of applications. They are used in everything from home renovations and equipment maintenance to the manufacturing and installation of major equipment such as aircraft and ships.Specific application areas include environmental protection equipment, medical equipment, power facilities, building facades, ship assembly, and chemical equipment.
