1. Adopting high-strength forging technology
The rebar drivers manufactured by Tianlong feature a forged head design. Compared with ordinary processes (the tensile strength of ordinary cast heads is only 500-600MPa), this technology makes the internal structure of the metal denser and more wear-resistant, reducing losses caused by head breakage and lowering maintenance costs. In operation tests at some large bridge construction sites, the forged head drivers have a long average service life, and the loss rate is significantly lower than that of similar cast products.
2. Multiple specifications for precise adaptation to mainstream construction needs
Tianlong's forged head rebar drivers (Dollies) are designed with a 1-1/8 inch square shape, paired with a 7/8 inch hex socket, which can be used for common rebar connections.
Tianlong's threaded rebar nutrunners are available in two specifications: the 1-1/8 inch square model is suitable for 3/4 inch and 7/8 inch bolts, and the 1-5/8 inch hex model is suitable for 1 inch bolts, both of which are very common. Purchasing such components allows you to avoid frequent tool replacement and reduce tool carrying costs. A customer of ours reported that after using this series of tools in a subway construction project, the operation time for a single set of rebar connections was shortened.

Tianlong's rebar drivers offer two connection methods: 7/8 inch hex socket and 3-1/4 inch long hex shank. The hex socket is suitable for use with manual wrenches; the long hex shank is compatible with large pneumatic wrenches or hydraulic tools.

The square/hex heads of the drivers and wrenches fit tightly with bolts and rebars, reducing slippage during operation. Moreover, the 3-1/4 inch long shank design provides a more comfortable grip distance, and the precise dimensional tolerance reduces the risk of bolt damage.
Application scenarios of Forged Head Rebar Drivers and Threaded Rebar Nutrunners
High-rise building projects: High-strength rebar anchoring is required, and 1 inch bolts need to be frequently tightened. The 1-5/8 inch hex nutrunner (paired with a long shank) can be used.
Tunnel construction: Due to narrow operating space, both manual and electric tools need to be used, and rebars are prone to slippage when wet. You can consider choosing the 7/8 inch hex socket driver, which is compatible with manual wrenches; the 1-1/8 inch square nutrunner is suitable for electric tools.
Mining support projects: The working environment is characterized by high vibration and heavy dust. The long-shank forged head driver can be used, paired with a pneumatic wrench to tighten 7/8 inch anchor bolts.
