The left-handed anchor rods are mainly used for the support of large deformation roadways in high-pressure mines. They are also applicable to the support of roadways in various projects such as railways and hydropower.
The left-handed anchor rod features high strength, the ability to automatically adjust the force direction, and the capability to increase the restraint force on the surrounding rock. It is suitable for high-strength support in large deformation tunnels of high-pressure mines.
In addition, the left-handed anchor rod can also be used for strengthening support in mine tunnels, bridges, and slope protection slopes.
The installation steps of the left-handed anchor rods are as follows:
According to the design requirements, determine the position of the anchor bolt holes and use drilling equipment to drill them.
Use a blower to clean the rock powder in the holes.
Send the anchoring agent into the bottom of the holes, and use the anchor bolt to hold it in place and start stirring (the stirring time is specified according to the model of the anchoring agent).
After the stirring is completed, remove the stirring equipment, wait for the specified time, then install the tray and tighten the nuts.
